Biography
Serhan Sertdemir is a visionary entrepreneur whose passion for business began at a remarkably early age. At just six years old, he launched his first micro-venture selling homemade Ayran door to door, using the profits to invest in his first bicycle. By age 12, he had already earned enough to buy his first car laying the foundation for a mindset focused on reinvestment and growth.
Driven by an instinct for opportunity and a strong sense of discipline, Serhan studied software at a technical university in Germany, graduating top of his class. At 18, while still a student, he launched his first company. By age 20, he was managing three showrooms with over 3000 m² of operational space and leading a team of hundreds, earning industry recognition for his leadership.
Since then, Serhan Sertdemir has founded and scaled multiple successful ventures across Germany, Turkey, and Switzerland, generating millions in revenue. Known for his ability to turn vision into strategy, and strategy into sustainable growth, he continues to redefine modern entrepreneurship with bold ideas, technical expertise, and relentless drive.

Serhan Sertdemir began his journey on YouTube in 2010 under the alias “Boss Beats,” originally sharing music production content. A decade later, his vision evolved. In 2020, he launched “Alpha Boss” — a non-profit platform dedicated to inspiring and empowering the next generation in Turkey through educational and motivational content.
Through personal insights, real-life lessons, and candid reflections, Serhan Sertdemir uses the platform to show that success is possible regardless of one's starting point. All revenue generated by the channel is reinvested into individuals and communities in need, as part of his ongoing mission to give back and create meaningful impact.
